Terms of Sale

1. When purchasing a vehicle from our inventory, you agree to these terms of sale:

Applicable Terms:
All vehicle sales and purchases through our company are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Prestige Repos.
Agreement to Terms:
The terms of sale are agreed upon between the buyer and our company. For each vehicle purchased through our platform, the terms are non-negotiable, and the buyer expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms presented.
Purchase Agreement:
The buyer agrees to purchase the vehicle listed on our website at a price equal to or lower than the one specified in the offer. This agreement is conditional upon the vehicle being delivered exactly as described and shown in the offer photos..
"Buy Now" Option:
Our company offers vehicles for sale under the "Buy Now" option without any buyer requirements. The "Buy Now" price listed on our website represents an accurate estimate of the price at which we expect the vehicle to be sold.

2. Invoice and Purchase Agreement:

Issuance of Invoice and Purchase Agreement:
After the buyer submits the order form, we will issue the invoice and the vehicle purchase agreement, which will be sent to the buyer via email.
Legal Contract:
The vehicle purchase agreement is a legally binding contract, signed and stamped by our managing director. It outlines the full terms of the transaction as detailed below.
Buyer Responsibilities:
Upon receiving the contract, the buyer must:
- Read and sign the contract.
- Return the signed contract to us via email or hand it over to our delivery agent upon vehicle delivery.

3. Payment:

Payment Method and Deadline:
The buyer must complete the payment via bank transfer within 2 business days of receiving the payment invoice.
Payment Requirements:
- For vehicles priced under ₱950,000, full prepayment is required.
- For vehicles priced over ₱950,000, a 50% refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid after the vehicle is delivered to the buyer.
Order and Payment Commitment:
- Do not place an order unless you are ready to make the payment. Once an order has been placed, cancellation is not allowed and payment must be completed.
- However, if at any point during the sale you decide not to proceed, the payment is fully refundable without issue.

4. Vehicle Transport and Delivery:

Delivery Location and Scheduling:
Vehicle transport will be arranged by PRESTIGE REPOS to a location and date convenient for the buyer, whether it is a residential or workplace address.
Delivery Fees:
- Vehicles are delivered within Philippines for a fee ranging from ₱9,000 to ₱30,000, depending on the buyer’s location and the type of vehicle. In some cases, delivery fees are waived.

Transport Payment Requirement:
- Transport will only be arranged by PRESTIGE REPOS once the payment or deposit has been credited to the bank account specified on the invoice.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Vehicles will be delivered by trailer within 3 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited to our bank account.

5. Documentation:

Identity Verification:
On the day of delivery, the buyer must present a valid form of identification to confirm their identity as the registered buyer. Accepted documents include:
- ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s license

This is to ensure that the vehicle is handed over to the correct person according to the registration details.
