Online shopping has exploded in recent years, and while we can have everything from clothing to computers delivered right to our doorstep, what about vehicles? A recent study shows that 72% of people find buying a vehicle online appealing, compared to 61% in 2020. Life can be hectic, which is why we at Prestige Repos have simplified the online vehicle purchase process. With us, you can comfortably buy a vehicle from home and have it delivered directly to your door.
Here’s how it works:
1. Browse & Discover
Start by browsing our extensive collection of vehicles. Each listing includes high-quality photos and a detailed description to help you understand the current condition of the vehicle. If you have any questions, our support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, to assist you.
2. Purchase your vehicle
Once you have found the vehicle you’re interested in, simply click the "Buy Now" button. You will be prompted to fill out a registration form to confirm your order details and provide the necessary shipping and contact information.
3. Confirmation & Invoice
After you submit the registration form, we will review the details and confirm everything on our end. You will then receive an email with further instructions and details to complete your purchase.
4. Review & Sign the Vehicle Sales Contract
Once your order is confirmed, we will issue an invoice and a vehicle sales contract, which will be sent to you via email. The vehicle sales contract is a legal document, signed and stamped by our manager, containing the transaction terms. Please read it carefully, sign it, and either email it back to us or hand it to our delivery agent upon delivery.

Payment:
To proceed with your purchase, the buyer must make the payment via bank transfer within 2 business days of receiving the payment invoice.

For vehicles priced under ₱950,000: Full payment is required in advance.

For vehicles priced over ₱950,000: A 50% refundable deposit is required in advance. The remaining 50% is due after the vehicle is delivered to the buyer.
Please note that an order should only be placed if the required payment can be made. Once the order has been submitted, cancellations are not possible. However, if you decide against the purchase at any point during the sales process, the amount paid will be fully refunded without any objections.
Documentation:
On the day of delivery, the buyer must present an identity document (such as an ID card, passport, or driver's license) to confirm that they are the person registered as the buyer.
We will provide you with all the necessary documentation for your vehicle purchase, including:

Return Policy:

After the delivery of the vehicle, the buyer is entitled to a 5-day trial period to ensure that the vehicle matches the description provided by PRESTIGE REPOS. During this period, the buyer has the option to either accept or reject the vehicle.

Defects or damages: If the vehicle has defects or damages that were not disclosed in the vehicle description at the time of purchase, the buyer has the right to reject the vehicle.

If the vehicle does not match the description, we will arrange for the pickup of the vehicle at the expense of PRESTIGE REPOS and provide a full refund of the payment.
Cancellation:

No cancellation after order placement: Once the order has been placed, cancellation is not possible at any time during the sales process. Payment must be made according to the agreed terms. Refusal to pay will be considered a breach of contract. In such cases, we reserve the right to initiate enforcement actions using this contract in court. Furthermore, the buyer will be prohibited from making future purchases from our company.

Cancellation at delivery: The buyer has the option to cancel the transaction at the time of delivery. In this case, we will cancel the sale and provide a full refund of the payment, including any delivery fees paid by the buyer.
Vehicle information:
The buyer expressly acknowledges that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected by our team of experienced technicians to ensure that no issues are overlooked. Each vehicle comes with a 12-month / 8,000 km warranty.
Vehicle information may consist of one or more types of information, each clearly identified in the vehicle description and photos on the platform.

PRESTIGE REPOS guarantees that the following details for each vehicle offered for sale are accurate:

Brand, model, and first registration year: These details are accurate as stated.

Display of images: The photos accurately represent the overall appearance of the vehicle, both exterior and interior, at the time of sale.

Outstanding financing: There is no outstanding financing for the vehicle.

Legal ownership: The valid legal ownership of the vehicle will transfer to the buyer upon full payment.

Payment guarantee: If the buyer pays a deposit or the full price, it is guaranteed that they will receive the vehicle.

Keys and documents: The vehicle will be delivered to the buyer with all keys and documents.

Roadworthy condition: The "roadworthy" status of the vehicle has been correctly classified.

Mileage: At the time of listing, the vehicle’s mileage is no less than the mileage recorded on the vehicle registration number in the most recent chassis number document.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we will refund the full purchase price, including all buyer fees and applicable taxes.
Warranty:

Delivery Compliance: PRESTIGE REPOS guarantees that the vehicle will match the description provided in the PRESTIGE REPOS vehicle listing on the delivery date.

12 months / 8,000 km warranty: All vehicles sold through the PRESTIGE REPOS platform come with a 12-month / 8,000 km warranty.

Technical issues: If any technical problems occur within 12 months / 8,000 km of the purchase date, the buyer must notify PRESTIGE REPOS as soon as possible. This notification should include:

A document from an official workshop or dealer describing the technical issue.

A list of required replacement part IDs.

A pro forma invoice with the repair costs.

Repair coverage: Upon receiving the pro forma invoice, PRESTIGE REPOS will cover the repair costs within 48 hours.
