Service & Inspection

The vehicle inspection is carried out according to a set plan:

1. First Verification Stage:

• Document Verification:

  • Land Transportation Office (LTO)

  • Certificate of Registration (CR)

  • Official Receipt (OR)

  • Deed of Sale

  • Sales Tax Receipt

  • Vehicle Inspection Certificate

  • Proof of Payment for Annual Taxes

  • Invoice

  • Service history

  • All documents

• Physical Vehicle Verification:

  • All discovered defects are noted in the vehicle inspection report

• Odometer Check:

  • The indicated mileage is checked to confirm authenticity and ensure that the odometer has not been tampered with

• Chassis Number Check:

  • Our mechanics check if the vehicle has been involved in any accidents or has been previously repaired

• Minor Defects:

  • Any minor defects such as stone chips, scratches, or dents are professionally repaired

2. Second Verification Stage:

• Engine and Component Check

• Inspection of Power Cables and Wiring (Electrical System)

• Battery Check

• Windshield and Side Windows

• Leather/Velour, Seats and Functions

3. Third Verification Stage:

• Engine Technical Parameter Check

• Exhaust System Inspection

• Inspection of Lighting and Other Electrical Functions (including onboard computer)

• Air Conditioning/Heating and Cooling System

• Audio-System, Navigation und andere Unterhaltungsfunktionen

4. Fourth Verification Stage:

• Test Drive:

  • The vehicle is taken for a test drive to identify any potential malfunctions in the engine or transmission

  • Special attention is given to the accelerator and the brakes

  • The suspension and shock absorbers are checked

  • The vehicle's driving stability is assessed

  • Potential leaks of oil or other fluids are noted

5. Fifth Verification Stage:

• Vehicle Inspection Report:

  • Our mechanics compile all observations in a vehicle inspection report

  • This report is then analyzed by our service manager to determine if the vehicle is suitable to be listed for sale on our website. Only vehicles in perfect condition are offered for sale – no exceptions

Warranty and Guarantee:

• All vehicles we sell come with a one-year warranty or 12,000 km, whichever comes first

• The warranty is valid at any authorized manufacturer service center

• Every sale comes with a 5-day money-back guarantee, giving the customer the opportunity to inspect the vehicle in person
